Why I built this
I Lost Everything Before I Found the System
I was running two businesses. One generating £1.8M, the other £800K. From the outside, it looked like I had figured it out.
I had not.
I live with sickle cell disease. When I had to start chemotherapy, my days became unpredictable. Some days I had a few hours of energy. Some days I had none. And I was trying to run two scaling businesses on a body that could not keep up.
I did what most founders do. I pushed harder. Hired more people. Worked longer hours on the days I could stand. I thought if X actions led to Y results, then doubling the actions would double the results. I did everything by the book: hired the best teams, followed proven strategies, invested in agency services.
It is like trying to drive an F1 car. It has the best engine, the finest parts, and state-of-the-art technology. But if you are not skilled enough to handle it, you will never get the full power out of that car. Your business is that car. Elite Performance OS is the system that turns you into the skilled driver capable of reaching its full potential. Without the right systems, you will either stall or crash.
I crashed. I lost nearly £100K trying to scale. Instead of scaling, I lost it all.
But that rock bottom forced a realisation: the problem was never the businesses. It was me. I needed to become the person capable of running a successful venture. I was optimising strategy while ignoring the six systems that actually determine whether a business thrives or dies.
My health constraint became my advantage. Because I could not brute-force my way through, I had to build systems that worked even on the days I could not. I developed systems to beat burnout, master my time, and maintain focus. Systems for my personal performance. My sales pipeline. My content. My operations. All six, running together.
That is how the Elite Performance OS was born. Not from theory. From necessity. From the requirement to build a business that could scale without depending on me being at 100% every single day.
Throughout my career, I have closed over £45 million in sales and built multiple 6- and 7-figure businesses from the ground up. I have since spent over a decade analysing more than 350 businesses. The ones that scaled sustainably all had the same thing in common: they ran all six systems as one operating system. The ones that burned out or plateaued were always lopsided. Three strong systems, three neglected ones.
Now I work 1:1 with founders to install the same operating system into their business. Not generic advice. Not group calls with recycled frameworks. A personalised build of the six systems, tailored to your business, with direct accountability from someone who has been exactly where you are.
