The Journey
I studied Medical Science at the University of Birmingham. But university wasn't free for me. I have sickle cell, and I worked multiple jobs and side hustles to pay my tuition while managing my health and my studies. That's where I learned to think in systems - not from a textbook, but from having no choice but to make everything work at once.
Then I spent 8 years in sales, closing over £45M. That's where I learned how businesses really work. Not the theory, but the mechanics. What makes people buy. What makes businesses grow. What makes them stall. I learnt how to break down complexity and find what actually drives results.
I co-founded two 7-figure businesses. Some lessons stuck. Others cost me. But every experience shaped how I think about building today.
Along the way, I developed the Elite Performance OS, a consulting framework built on the six systems that actually drive business growth: Sales, Marketing, Content, Lead Generation, Operations, and Personal Performance. It became the foundation of everything I do.
I learned the hard way, so you don't have to.
